Christopher G. Adamo

"Referring to the invaders as “decent people who work hard,” the President sought to dilute the fact that their presence here represents a blatant violation and contempt for the laws of this country. Furthermore, by virtually asserting that the real travesty is that the illegals are not sufficiently “protected,” he slapped the face of every law-abiding American.

Perhaps Mr. Bush needs to be reminded that it was the decent and hard working Americans that he once swore a solemn oath to protect, and whose well being he was elected to uphold."

This well written article was published in May but the fact that it's still timely only shows the lack of commitment on the part of our government to law enforcement and the government’s utter disregard for the American people.

Unless it’s our Justice Dept. prosecuting our own
Border Patrol Agents who were defending our
porous Border and protecting all of us from
Illegal Alien DrugSmugglers.

the government’s utter disregard for the American people.

The Trojan horses are still coming, thousands of people invading and displacing Americans every day.

With six thousand National Guard, one tenth of the needed number to save ALL of America. We're apparently supposed to go back into hibernation and be content and complacent with the hordes still here and unphased by the hordes still hoping the border every minute of every day.

Would somebody in Wash. DC drag out a dusty old copy of our founding documents and read them!

By the end of 2008, we'll increase the number of Border Patrol officers by an additional 6,000. When these new agents are deployed, we'll have more than doubled the size of the Border Patrol during my presidency.

Oh yeah. They're just lining up for Border Patrol and their shot at time in the penitentiary./sarc
