agencies seeking to cure Hawaii’s many
financial ailments, than their justly
penalizing someone for an ignorant
and inconsiderate action.
Hawaii allowing the health of all
Hawaiian’s to be endangered through
the use of cesspools in the 21st century
is disgusting, mosquito’s and cesspools
can’t be a good combo.
Pflueger’s wealth will now be utilized
to cover Hawaii’s bureaucratic stupidity.
The good news is, this proves that greed
and ignorance aren’t limited to our
Federal Government in DC.
