The recently released letter from Ayman al Zawahiri to Abu Musab al Zarqawi is now being painted as a forgery by al Qaeda in Iraq, Zarqawi's faction of the radical Islamist terror movement. This is understandable as it does expose many of their goals and strategies in their quest for global domination. But perhaps the most immediate reason to discredit the intercepted correspondence is that it spells out in the most simplistic of terms that they have been using the anti-war movement here in the United States, and around the world, to their gain.

Zawahiri's translated letter states that there are four "incremental goals" that the "jihad in Iraq" must attain in order for them to reach a point where they can move forward with their quest for totalitarian dominance, in the region and throughout the world:

so, is Frank saying that he agrees that this intercepted correspondence is a forgery? http://www.gopusa.com/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/rock.gif

I don't think so, Groovy. He's setting up a straw man by pointing to the uncanny, incredulous resemblance of the wishes of the Islamic enemy and the wishes of the Left in this country -- which daily co-opts the enemy's rhetoric (i.e. USA Out of Iraq). Otherwise, why go to the bother of writing a whole column about it, ya know?

It must be tough being a liberal when you see your own mind-set reflected by these subhuman monsters. Oh well, too bad for them!

My brother (Lefty Brother), sent me a taunting mail today re how the right is supposedly &quot;imploding&quot; and how ticked he was by that. I merely mailed back the PDF of the Zawahiri letter with this note:

<table border="0" align="center" width="95%" cellpadding="0" cellspacing="0"><tr class="standard"><td>Quote </td></tr><tr class="standard"><td class="QUOTE">Democrats: USA Out of Iraq!
Terrorists: * USA Out of Iraq!

How's it feel to be fighting against your own country, Paul?[/QUOTE]

Does anyone notice a similarity between the Terrorists' plan and what the prophets have foretold about the Middle East?

I believe the letter is legit and fell into the &quot;wrong&quot; hands. I believe that it details the plans of the terrorist movement. This has been the plan of Islam since before the Crusades.

oh, i git it - so frank's writing from the point of view of Zawhari stating why it's not real. ok.

it's been a rough week...

personally, i still can't shake thinking there's a relationship between our country's liberals, mid east islamo-fascists and WWII communism. it's just...i dunno...to many similarities in mind set, propaganda, persuasion techniques...it's been knawing at me for the past few years. unfortunately, my knowledge of WWII leaves a lot to be desired; so, i just don't know if Hitler or any of his cronies ever had any exposure on any level to wahhabism or other militant forms of islam.
