Move Over Navy SEALS: Sea Lions Are New Weapon

MANAMA, Bahrain -- Move over Navy SEALs: There's a new sea creature in town.

"Zachary" the sea lion will be one of the Navy's new secret weapons in any war against Iraq. The mammal will swim alongside naval vessels and key facilities in the Persian Gulf. He and other whiskered sea animals will guard against attack, providing early warning of enemy saboteurs.

Sea Lions are pretty big and look like they could be mean if so inclined.

As for PETA. They have been trying to capture one of these Sea Lions on patrol but non of the PETA divers have returned.

Maybe a herd of Sea Lions can capture those Iraqi ships.
