Military Releases Names of Kuwaiti Crash Victims

WASHINGTON (GOPUSA News) -- The Defense Department Tuesday released the names of four soldiers killed in a fatal UH-60 helicopter crash in Kuwait over the weekend. The accident occurred during an undisclosed training exercise, and remains under investigation.
The soldiers lost in the accident are identified as Spc. Rodrigo Gonzalez-Garza, 26, of Texas; Chief Warrant Officer Timothy W. Moehling, 35, of Florida; Chief Warrant Officer John D. Smith, 35, of Nevada; and Specialist William J. Tracy of New Hampshire.
Gonzalez-Garza and Moehling were assigned to Company A, 5-158th Aviation, Giebelstadt Army Air Field, Germany. Smith and Tracy were assigned to Company B, 5-158th Aviation, Aviano Air Base, Italy.
The soldiers were engaged in training exercises in support of the defense of Kuwait and the surrounding area.
