U.S. Immigration Ineffective at Deporting Illegals

WASHINGTON (Reuters) - The U.S. Immigration and Naturalization Service is ineffective at deporting illegal aliens and fails to properly expel foreigners who may include potential terrorists, a Justice Department report said on Wednesday.

A report by the department's inspector general found that only 13 percent of all illegal aliens who have been ordered out of the country but have not been detained, have actually left.

By contrast, the INS has removed almost 94 percent of those illegal aliens with "final removal orders" who are being held in the agency's custody.

The report said that as of June 2002 about 355,000 illegal aliens not in INS custody but who had been ordered out of the country had failed to leave.

In its review, the inspector general examined three subgroups of aliens and found the INS was also ineffective at expelling potential high-risk groups of illegal aliens.

For example, only six percent of illegal foreigners from countries identified by the United States as "sponsors of terrorism" who were not under arrest but had been ordered deported, ever left.

As of 1996 this country had 37,000 foreign nationals which have diplomatic immunity ~ no matter what crimes they commit they cannot be proscecuted. Neither can their employees it would seem. http://gopusa.com/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/tqrolleyes.gif

According to Mr. Chittum, we are being systematically divided into two groups, "super rich" and "poor". The "super rich" have relinquished their US citizenship to become citizens of small countries with little taxation. That leaves the great unwashed masses to support the tax base.

More and more Anglos will be displaced by affirmative action. The local police departments and local government will be overwhelmingly hispanic in certain demographic areas.

The arbitrary amnesty of illegals into our society has made a mockery of any former orderly legal immigration. We have rewarded millions of illegals through amnesty which only serves to encourage more and more illegals into our country. At the rate we are being invaded, by the year 2050, or before, this country will be over 50% hispanic. The cultural makeup will be altered to the point that English will no longer be the predominant language.

Personally, I find it rather sad to watch my country, the one I grew up in, become an extension of some other country. And make no mistake, that is what is happening. As we speak, V. Fox is exerting his perceived leverage on our government for more leniency in our immigration policies.

Even so, it's a drop in the bucket and it doesn't say what ultimately happens to these people.

Our immigration plague will become mutt before 2050. China is hard at work, as we sit here trying to protect ourselves against terrorism, creating the ultimate super weapon. An engineered virus that will selectively kill or disable non Asians. China knows that naturally accruing flu viruses, such as the 1917 flu that ended WWI when more Germans were dying from the flu than the war, can kill millions. That virus was different from a normal virus because it killed people in the prime of life. People between 25 and 50 would die in days once they became ill.

With the human genome mapped, thanks to American technology, it is just a matter of time before it will be possible to create a race specific virus. The virus need not kill. It can blind, sterilize, cripple, etc, to give the unaffected race a giant advantage over the targeted race.

There are five specific genetic cods in Africa. Four of the codes are all black and the rest of humanity branches from the other one. Mongoloids, Caucasians and the fifth black code are more closely related than any of the four black codes are to each other so a genetic target that will effect the white but not the yellow is a little harder than it would be to go after the clearly defined blacks but they aren’t a threat to China.

The forensic geneticists are able to tell the difference between the races but I don’t know if they know what that marker controls. It wouldn’t do much good to create a virus that made your target’s finger nails thicker. Although one of the first things we identified was a code involving lung problems it may not be race specific enough to use as a weapon. But being a blue eyed blond makes me a good target for just about any of our enemies, unless the Germans launch first.
