Report: Increased Medical Litigation Threatens American Healthcare System

A new trend is worrying the Department of Health and Human Services; Americans are increasingly facing rising health care costs and forced to take subsequent legal action. This growing crisis was the focus point of a report released Monday by HHS detailing the effects of medical litigation.
The report explained that "more doctors, hospitals and nursing homes in more states are facing increasing difficulty in obtaining insurance against lawsuits, and as a result more patients in more states are facing greater difficulty in obtaining access to doctors." In essence, the report describes medical malpractice lawsuits as one of the primary contributors towards rising healthcare costs.

The Democrats are doing all they can to be sure that trial lawyers have no limits. It's just one more way that they try to bring down the country.
