Here's my list of boycotted Hollyweird celebrities that continue to betray America. I've circulated this everywhere I can...I prefer the term red-white-and-blue list as opposed to black list...We will not forget their behavior prior to and during the Gulf War II and we will no longer support them as entertainers.

Note that Oscar ratings were down 25% from last year, Dixie Chick sales are down 52% and their Lipton commercial was canceled, West Wing is down 20%, and the Baseball HOF told Robbins and Sarandon to get lost! Hurrah! Maybe they'll get the point! Don't Tread On Us!

Many Americans who support their country are exercising their right to not purchase any movie tickets, DVDs, CDs, etc. that are associated with these "activists". By joining the political fray and showing their support for Saddam Hussein and terrorism over their own country, these self-loathing celebrities are losing fan support AND money...

The follwing people are on a de facto boycott list being circulated around the Internet, their products will not be purchased, they are to consider themselves FIRED!

Having read many of your replies in many other threads, it comes as no surprise that you think you would need more than one seat at a time for a single movie.... http://gopusa.com/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/rotflo.gif Have all the seats you want to buy, dude. Heck, reserve an entire row while your at it. http://gopusa.com/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/laugh.gif

list has been updated to include:

Kevin Bacon--signed NION
Ron Howard--signed WinWithout War
Chevy Chase--attacked President Bush at luncheon introducing Hillary

This week's "Celebrity Hollywonk" Award:

"I can't stand watching history roll right over us. It's like they're asking you to bend over, put your head in the sand, and put a flag in your a**. ...There's been such an assault on democracy here, and the mainstream media is complicit in it. We are living in neo-McCarthy, post-democratic times. Democracy is being criminalized. Democracy is being ignored. ...I never thought that anyone who spoke out for peace, and diplomacy, and social justice would be pilloried." --Janeane Garofalo

++ And Garofalo earns a "Dumb and Dumber" Award with this one:

"I don't know what is more alarming over at Fox News. Is it that they know that, in the bigger picture, there's a lot of problems over there [in Iraq] and they scrub the information or, B, they don't know because they don't watch the news."

From the "Village Idiot Buster" Files:

“What we’re having now is a round of whining by entertainment celebrities who asked to be taken seriously about something other than their entertaining and then when they are taken seriously enough that people criticize them harshly, indeed threaten to boycott them, they find that they cannot stand the heat and they don't understand what they need to do is get out of the kitchen.”

YES!!! The boycott is WORKING!! According to www.tvguide.com:

ANTI-AMERICAN: It looks like Madonna's new CD is going to have a short shelf life. In its second week in stores, American Life plummeted from No. 1 to No. 8 on Billboard's album chart with sales of 91,000 copies — a 62 percent drop. (Luckily, she's got that acting career to fall back on.)

AND

MCI is canning Danny Glover!!!!!
