WASHINGTON (GOPUSA News) -- In an effort to keep America's troops informed and upbeat, yet safe and focused on their duties, new guidelines have been developed for contacting U.S. service men and women. Resources listed below are available online at www.usafreedomcorps. gov or at the web site addresses provided.
