Illegal Immigration Solution

While in a heated conversation on the Illegal Immigration problem a consensus was reached that would almost completely resolve the problem and was agreed to by both conservatives and liberals.

Congress will pass and the President will sign the following bill.

All Illegal immigrants will be given 90 days to get their affairs in order and depart the country. *Any that refuse to leave will be rounded up and neutered - after which they will be allowed to stay if they are presently employed and paying taxes. *

Anyone seeking to enter the country illegally will automatically be neutered and then deported.

Efforts will be made to assure that this new policy be widely posted in all foreign countries so that it can be assumed that those seeking to illegally enter the US will know in advance what the penalty is.

All offspring of Illegals, 16 and under, will automatically be neutered.

This may not solve all the problems but it will definitly reduce the population growth and should drastically reduce the number of people seeking to illegally enter the US.

Now I just need to find a group of congressmen to submit the bill and push it through the *House and Senate.

I am actually rather an expert on neutering. On my family's ranch we used to castrate about 3000 bull calves every spring. We also spayed the culls (about 500) from the bottom end of our heifer crop.

With those credentials in mind, I can tell you that it takes two wrestlers to hold them down and that they can be expected to kick and fight hard. You need one good roper to catch them by the heels and drag them out of the herd. A good roper can keep two teams of wrestlers very busy. You just need one guy with a very sharp knife as the operation only takes a few seconds. And you need one extra wrestler who can swap in and out with the other four so they can get a rest. The extra wrestler can be in charge of squirting antiseptic on the wounds while he is resting.

With this team of 6 working really hard in is reasonable to expect to get 500 head done in a day. You'll need a couple more people if you want to brand them and vaccinate them too.

Another possible solution. Should get the award for "most morbid" suggestion.

Dig a trench that's about 10' deep by about 40' wide all the way across the border and fill it with very hungry crocodiles.

Would be a lot less expensive than putting troops on the border or building a fence.
