The 15 Minute Mom - Jules Mosher
By Kevin Fobbs
January 19, 2006
What is the hardest job in America? Jules Mosher, The 15-Minute Mom, understands what it is because she is living it 24 / 7 and it comes with no salary, no training, and no time off.
"Being a conservative, traditional mom who is a businesswoman, a political activist and a Christian are not dirty words to say anymore in America," says Jules, co-host of the 15-Minute Mom segment on The Kevin Fobbs Show.
The war over traditional family values is real and moms are pressed into action daily. Every Christmas season sends these traditional Heartland moms into action and each time whether they are in Idaho, Michigan, Pennsylvania or Ohio they feel like they are isolated and alone. Several years ago Jules could see what hundreds of thousands of traditional moms were seeing and feeling across America...they were anxious, concerned, but wondered what exactly could they do to preserve their family, their children and America.

"Our frontlines are our living rooms and I knew we had to take action. Being a political activist in the Bush campaigns of 2000 and 2004 as well as a statewide activist in the international organization Protest Warrior was a good start, but I felt I could do more to help my children and our country," said Mosher.
She felt she was in a unique position to help because she was also a successful businesswoman and a writer who felt the needs and knew the issues that other traditional moms and businesswomen were saying and feeling. "The 15 Minute Mom weekly report has me reporting from the front lines and living rooms of America's Heartland," said Mosher.
Traditional moms often find themselves in the thick of it when liberal mothers size them up as conservative, ignore them when it comes time for PTA committee assignments, or just leave them standing alone on the sidelines as if they were infected with some contagious disease. Mosher's seen it first hand. Some mothers from her children's school came to her place of business and told her that they wanted to give her a large piece of their liberal mind...sort of put her back in line discussion. They did not want her standing up for her children's rights as supporters of traditional values in school, like the Pledge of Allegiance ...too risky...might upset the four atheist parents in the school. Hasn't America seen enough of this behavior?
Then of course there was the recently banned school Christmas celebrations. Far too many schools across America saw this. Jules' children's school was no different. Christmas celebrations had to be nixed because it might have upset the Kwanza celebrants, gay parent couples, Hindu worshippers, ACLU life members and of course last but not least, the four atheists. So wrongheaded liberal politically correct mommy fascists fanatics felt that moms like Jules should stay behind the invisible "traditional mommy wall" and express no opinion that runs counter to "diversity" and remain mindless automatons who relish being barefoot and pregnant.
