In a front page story about a major FBI terrorism investigation, The Washington Post has reported that the targets include “Chicagoans who crossed paths with Obama when he was a young state senator and some who have been active in labor unions that supported his political rise.” The implication is that the trail could lead to the White House.
This is an unusual investigation that does not primarily involve Islamists. Instead, it is focused on elements of the old international communist networks that many people mistakenly thought had faded away with the collapse of the Soviet Union. Those under investigation are suspected of providing support to foreign terrorist organizations such as the Revolutionary Armed Forces of Colombia (FARC) and the Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine in the Middle East, a Marxist group. The Post called them “Colombian and Palestinian groups designated by the U.S. government as terrorists.”
The investigations came into public view last September when the FBI raided the homes of several “activists,” as the Post called them. Some lived in Chicago.
One of the targets, Tom Burke, was a union organizer for the Service Employees International Union (SEIU). He was so confident he would get a fair shake from the Post that he provided the paper with a photo of himself shaking hands with Barack Obama. The other apparent intention was to send a message to the President and Attorney General Eric Holder that any investigation of Burke might lead to Obama.
The Post suggested that investigations of labor union activists might jeopardize their support for Obama’s 2012 presidential run. Indeed, it could therefore threaten his re-election bid, if investigations determine that the activists did more than “cross paths” with the President.
Deep inside the article, in the 29th paragraph, we find out that some of the “activists” are associated with a group known as the Freedom Road Socialist Organization (FRSO), a Marxist-Leninist organization. Burke is a member of the FRSO, which the Post admitted was “far left.”
The obvious question is why Obama, as a state senator in Illinois, would ever have “crossed paths” with such people. The answer goes beyond just union support for the candidate. The “far-left” networks that include the FRSO, the Communist Party USA, the New American Movement, and the Democratic Socialists of America backed and even spawned Obama’s political career. Don’t forget that Weather Underground leaders Bill Ayers and Bernardine Dohrn hosted a fundraiser for his first run for political office. The same networks also backed CIA Director Leon Panetta’s career when he was a congressman from Santa Cruz, California. This helps explain why Obama would pick Panetta, with no intelligence background, to run the intelligence agency. They are cut from the same cloth.
Nevertheless, on Tuesday, the Senate voted 100-0 in favor of Panetta’s nomination as Secretary of Defense. It was a classic case of “head in the sand” politics, ignoring not only Panetta’s long-time relationship with Communist Party member Hugh DeLacy but his record as a congressman in undercutting then-President Reagan’s pro-defense policies at every turn.
Obama and Panetta were players in the “progressive” community, which since the days of Henry Wallace, presidential candidate of the Progressive Party, has had a red tint. Obama had his own communist mentor, Frank Marshall Davis, a Communist Party member under FBI investigation for 19 years, while Panetta gave DeLacy, who had traveled to China to meet with Soviet and Chinese intelligence agents, sensitive reports on U.S. military matters. Any notion that Panetta had no awareness of DeLacy’s Communist affiliation was obliterated when Panetta in 1983 inserted a tribute to DeLacy into the Congressional Record, praising his resistance to “McCarthyism.”
Former FBI agent Max Noel once told me that the Bureau used to investigate candidates for federal employment by analyzing Character, Associates, Reputation, and Loyalty to the United States. The first letters in those words make up the acronym CARL. By the standard of “A”—Associates—Panetta flunks. But so does Obama.
Another sensitive case involves Huma Abedin, a top aide to Secretary of State Hillary Clinton and wife of disgraced Rep. Anthony Weiner. Walid Shoebat and Ben Barrack have reported that Arab newspapers have revealed that Huma Abedin’s mother is a member of the Muslim Brotherhood, a group whose goal is to subvert Western civilization. Jamie Glazov of Front Page Magazine asks Robert Spencer, “There is a remote possibility that Abedin is actually being deceptive in her marriage to Weiner to follow Muslim Brotherhood instructions and to infiltrate the U.S. government, correct?” Spencer replies, “Certainly. That is a very real possibility, and it should be investigated. But the only ones who have the means to do so are mainstream media journalists who are either clueless or complicit.”
It may also be the case that the FBI never investigated Abedin’s background.
As the FBI does not vet presidential candidates for national security purposes, we know there would have been no FBI investigation into Obama’s own background, associations, loyalty, and overall fitness for office. The FBI only probes those being considered for some federal positions under the president. They should have therefore investigated Panetta. But there is no indication that he was ever properly vetted. Now he is confirmed as Secretary of Defense because conservative Republican Senators were apparently afraid of being accused of McCarthyism for questioning his past associations.
On the other hand, the “progressives” are raising hell with Obama and want him to rein in the FBI. They want to further emasculate the agency charged with ferretting out subversives and terrorist support networks.
As the Post noted, “nine members of Congress have written letters to the administration” complaining about the FBI probe of Burke and other activists. The Post even noted that another one of the targets of the investigation, a union organizer named Tracy Molm, managed to arrange a meeting with Holder himself.
One of these congressional members is Muslim Rep. Keith Ellison, the foremost critic of Rep. Peter King’s hearings into radical Islam in America. “Shortly after the raids,” Ellison said, “I made inquiries to the FBI field office for more information. FBI Special Agent Boelter confirmed that an investigation was ongoing. He informed me that due to the pending nature of the investigation, he was prohibited from sharing any further information. However he gave me assurance that the purpose of the searches and service of subpoenas was not to punish or to suppress protected First Amendment activity.”
Pro-Marxist activist Medea Benjamin has said she managed to have a few words with Holder as well to complain about the probes. She is with the Code Pink group that travels to Gaza to meet with the terrorist group Hamas. She is also a staunch ally of Adam Kokesh, the “Russia Today” TV star who openly admits that he functions as a paid Russian agent of the Vladimir Putin regime.
Holder is receptive to this kind of appeal because of his friendship with Obama and record as Deputy Attorney General in the Clinton Administration for facilitating pardons and clemency for terrorists from the Puerto Rican FALN and Weather Underground. It is this record that puts the current investigations by the FBI in serious jeopardy.
The Post article has to be seen as a signal to Holder from those around Obama that he must act quickly to close down these investigations before they get too close for comfort to the Oval Office. First, however, he has to make sure that the congressional investigations don’t get too close to Holder himself. It won’t look good for the Attorney General to be personally implicated in knowledge of the federal gunrunning schemes now under Congressional investigation that provided weapons to Mexican narco-terrorist cartels. The evidence already shows that federal authorities let guns fall into the hands of known criminals.

I cannot believe that Obama has not been investigated before this. If he isn’t being investigated he sure needs to be. He is nothing but a Chicago thug who hangs around with a bunch of people who despise this country. Isn’t it funny they all hate capitalism, yet they are all rich! What a bunch of hypocrites! This is all about power. He is not the president of this great country, he thinks of himself as the “dictator” of the United States. We need to make sure that this man gets out of our White House before we are all brought under the control of this power hungry madman! He is purposely trying to destroy this country and doing a bang-up job, I might add.

OOOOOOOOOOh for the good old days of Al Capone when Chicago Gangsters at least were loyal Americans, knew the law of ”OMERTA” and kept their mouths shut after plying the public with Booze, broads and gambling. At least then we knew who the real gangsters were. Now all we get is this never silent yapping Dog of an Obama who plies us with Drugs, Gays, Weiners and it is HE not us who is Gambling with our economic future. Where’s the fun in this? I just want this Chicago gangster to shut his mouth, get off the TV and observe the code of silence.

Jesse Jackson makes money by shaking down businesses with bogus claims of racism. While he doesn’t create the wealth himself, he does take it from capitalists. He only requires government to provide judges and juries that will go along with his nonsense. Since he has been so successful at intimidation, he usually gets a settlement and doesn’t even need the courts. I would assume Farrakhan does much the same thing. You are correct about Obama, though. He pretty much suckled at the government teat his entire career.

Obama and his minions offer protection of food, clothing, housing, healthcare and the shakedown only serves to put you, like America out of business as they skim all the profits from the top, so your business never succeeds in the long run. WE need to do more than pray this time! Prayers are good but we need to stand up for what is right and do somehting about it. Volunteer, campaign, protest, do what ever we have to do to stop this communist take over of this great republic. I do not like saying this but I believe Obama WILL be re-elected in 2012. Voter fraud got him elected in 2008; fraud will get him re-elected in 2012. The fraud that occured in 2008 will be present again in 2012, but in greater amount. It will just be better hidden in 2012. Even if fraud is detected nothing will happen: Holder and Obama will not allow prosecution (Remember the New Black Panthers?). And do not count on laws passed by states for a candidate to prove eligibility before their name goes on a ballot. Those bills have stalled in almost every state that is considering such a law. Even if all passed some federal judge will declare all of them unconstitutional at the last moment and the states will not have enough time to appeal.

Oh, come on! With the Republican Party so deeply divided against itself and so many trying to force anyone they let remain in it to agree 100% with them whether their position on a given issue makes sense or not, and the Establishment, Economic, and Social Conservative wings all wanting to kick the other two overboard, most of its Presidential candidates and would-be candidates about as well known to the average voter outside their own state as my dog, and not having shown any particular qualification or experience, the way things are going we could save Obama the trouble of campaigning and lose the election again without the Democrats’ help just like we did in 2008 when Obama mobilized 200,000 new, young, mostly black voters but the we lost the state because 300,000 who had voted for Bush “went fishing” and didn’t turn out for McCain. You have to win the nomination, unify the party, raise money and an army of volunteers, attract independents and disaffected Democrats like Reagan did, win the general election, and be prepared to organize an effective administration and actually govern–meaning we also have to regain working control of the Senate and improve our House numbers at the same time, who has the ability to put that together in time? I’m seeing too many Republicans saying “X is no good,” but they don’t offer a real alternative prepared to do what is needed. Even if you wouldn’t prefer any of the really possible Republicans’ Supreme Court choices, etc., to Obama’s, this year we need to unite behind Anybody But Obama who can run and win. The people who think this is going to be a cake-wealk are foolish.

McCarthy got a bad rap. Classified documents released in the last several years have shown that the Communists were infiltrating our government at all levels and working to destroy our country. They have managed to take over the Democratic party by posing as ultra-liberals in that party and using intimidation to get the less liberal members to toe their line. The two Republican senators from my state certainly lost some of my respect over this rubber-stamp of Panetta. Since Kay Bailey-Hutchison has already said she would not run for reelection, you would have thought she might go ahead and take a stand against this confirmation. (Of course she is a bit of a RINO.)
I can’t believe that Obama and Holder would ever allow an investigation that would come back to bite them in the butt. Does the FBI have to report to the president? I know the Clintons used FBI files as weapons against their political enemies.

The FBI reports to the attorney general. The attorney general reports to the president. This means the president CAN legally stop an investigation by acting through the attorney general’s office. JFK ordered a halt of the investigation of Martin Luther King. Hoover, then head of the FBI, sent messages to all FBI offices instructing agents to keep close tabs on MLK, believing him to be a Communist and a potential terrorist plotting to overthrow the US goverment by unlawful means. Bobby Kennedy, then attorney general, instructed Hoover to halt the investigations and rescind the messages to all offices.

I for one, would be thrilled if Obama gets investigated. He is a crook in suit. However, he has friends in high places. So I am not sure what will come of the investigation if he does gets investigated.
What I do know is, this country and her citizens cannot afford 4 more years of Obama! This country is already 3/4 way ruin under 2 yrs of Obama. Another 4yr would sink the nails into the coffin.

Some voters have short memory span and I dont mean to be disrespectful. Once the economy picks up alittle people tend to forget what it has been likely.
To give Obama another 4 more years would only embolden him to do whatever he pleases, even more. We dont have to look very far to see what he is doing, promising money all over the world of the backs of middle class families, and getting our next generation into deeper debt.
Then we have Obamacare which he literally shoved down our throats. We all saw what he thought his “shovel ready’ projects have been. He can laugh because it is not his money he is wasting. Once he gets booted out in 2012, he can make tons of money from speeches etc. so why would he care. Obama has very little regard for us. I hope his failure is edged deep into everyone’s memory.

Only constitutionally conservative patriots have had questions relating to Obama up to now. His eligibility is in question and mounting evidence is surfacing. A request has been submitted to the FBI to investigate the falsified birth certificate. On many things investigations have been hindered and some even squashed by the Obama clan.
The FBI probably didn’t intentionally do these raids to implicate Obama. Unknowing and unintentionally (like other investigations), the trail is leading upward and right up into the top level(s) of the executive branch of government….toward Obama.

An Attorney, Stephen Pidgeon, says that he found a Record for a Name Change, in a small mining community in British Columbia, Skookumchuck, dated 14 October, 1982. The name change? Barak Mounir Obayd filed to have his name changed to Barack Hussein Obama. Now, I have NOT found a second source (I reckon haven’t “heard” from someone I know who is an alphabet agency employee who’s clearance is much higher than what mine USED to be!) but, considering that Obama/Obayd was a British citizen at birth because of his Kenyan “father”, i.e. the man listed on Obama’s “birth certificate” was a British Subject, as Kenya was, in 1961, still a British Colony and his mother was only 17, and not old enough to convey her American citizenship to him.
Then, she “divorced” Obama the first (much evidence exists showing that Obama the first and Obama the seconds’ mother never lived together as man and wife) and married an Indonesian Intelligence Agent, making him an Indonesian Citizen, a country that does NOT allow dual citizenship, with the last name “Soerto”(sp?). His mother then left the then 10 year old Barry with her parents and they raised him. They were Marxists and ran, out of a church Rec Hall, a stopover for folks deserting the Service during the Vietnam War, providing paperwork etc. for their ‘disappearance’. And the head of this deserters stopover? Bill Ayers. So, Obama has known Ayers since he was 11.
All I have written has many sources, save for the name change document which I haven’t confirmed yet with another source. So, the FBI SHOULD be investigating Obayd/Obama anyway. The name change does seem logical since Obama posted such a BAD forged document after Donald ‘Don’t-run-as-a-third-party-candidate’ Trump made an issue of it. Obama has spent close to $3 Million defending lawsuits dating back to pre-election 2008. I just hope he gets impeached, even if all that I know about him false, he is, in my mind, guilty of Treason. Plus add in all the Felonies he has committed while in office and it is obvious that he views himself as all three branches of our Government and is a danger to ALL of us. Just leave, Barry, just leave….

You mention a name change from Obayd to Obama. After his adoption, his name was Barry Soetero, so when did he become Obayd? At any rate, he claimed on his law application that he had no aliases. That is fraud. And why is he using a SS# from Connecticut that was issued to a man born in 1890?

An excellent piece, Mr. Kincaid, and it’s a shame that this is the only venue where it will be seen. This kind of tyranny will never be fully investigated. I will be shocked if the whole thing is not swept under the rug (like Vince Foster) within a week. The most effective way to fight tyranny is through media exposure and our elected representatives – unfortunately the vast majority of both are on Obama’s side. The communists are winning, and it truly depresses me. The average American does not care about any of this until the day they awake to find their freedom gone and a muslim flag flying overhead.

Hey People! If you or I wanted to get a job in the White House doing ANYTHING (cleaning, painting, welding, remodeling, plumbing) don’t you suppose we’d be given an anal exam by the FBI? I’m still waiting for my FBI report for clearance to work on airport property, much less the White House! I propose we make an FBI investigation MANDATORY for ANY applicant for government office especially the White House! And as if it need be said: “Eliminate the applications of those whose investigation reveals the need”

All of our Congressmen have taken an oath to protect the Constitution and this nation from enemies foreign and domestic and they won’t listen to us.

As Kincaid points out, only applicants for federal employment are subjected to ‘vetting’ and security checks by the FBI, and the other government security organizations. Candidates for office do not fall under the classification of ‘employees’.
Considering the security checks, and documents that I had to supply, if the same procedure was applied to Obama, I doubt if he could have received even the lowest security classification.

Incidentally, it’s not often one hears of the information following the break-up of the USSR that the American ”alleged agents” of the communists, (including those at higher levels of our government), were in fact agents of the USSR.

Kevin in Kansas is absolutely correct. Most of our citizens are walking around completely unaware of the dangers posed by our government and the coming shock that will hit us all if we don’t get rid of these dirty people. That Panetta received a 100-0 confirmation is just frightening. I’m a little surprised that Holder has allowed the FBI investigation to go as far as it has. Beware, folks, this situation is not going to get better until we vote them out. Assuming America remains America for the next 18 months and Obama doesn’t pull some last minute shenanigan to keep himself and his thugs in power, it is up to you and I to vote these guys OUT. This’ll be our last chance to do it peaceably. We must replace the Administration, nearly one-third of the Senate, and about three-quarters of the House.
Like txgoatlady, I am a Texan. I was extremely disappointed to see how my Senators voted on the Panetta matter. That Kay Bailey Hutchison is leaving office is a good thing. I wish we could also send a strong message to John Cornyn. I hope he, or one of his close staffers, is reading this. I want you to know how I feel John. What was it, peer pressure? You blew it big time!

Why are we all up in arms about Obama being communist, or at least a communist sympathizer? C’mon, really! We have the ACLU dictating to what can and cannot be displayed in the public square and in veterans’ cemetaries. No crosses or any other Christian symbols or anything related to Christianity allowed in any public aspect. The ACLU is a spin off of the American Communist Party. Helloooooo! May explain why they are so vehemently anti-Christian. Hollywood? Need I say more? They have been assocciated with communists and socialist for many decades. Remember McCarthyism and the Un-American activities investigations back in the 40-50′s? Predominantlly anti-Christian. s and colleges, loaded up with pro-socialist/communists and anti-Christian. Our news media, both electronic and written leans extremely heavily to the left and a lot of them are anti-Christian. And all of the above seem to be anti-American to the mas. So, it seems that all of the power brokers hate the America of the old days and hate the Judeo-Christian values that made this country great. SO should you be so amazed that this has leaked over into the Judicial, Executive, and Legislative branches of this country. Tom Jefferson had said a number of things that would bring the ruin of this country and we are experiencing every one of those things he warned about. He also said that at times the Tree of Liberty needs to be refreshed by the blood of Patriots and Tyrants. I certainly am not suggesting that we have a revolution, least not one by force and arms, but maybe we need to take a page from the communists when they would have protests and shut down the operation of the government by peaceful acts of disobedience. Shutting down the government until they listen to us may be the best thing for this country. Least if we make them stop doing the business as usual that they are doing daily, we would certainly prevent them from hurting us and this country any further.

As with other associates of questionable backgrounds and ideologies who surround Obama, any investigation of these individuals and groups will result in their being deemed by Obama supporters (and the MSM) as “public non-violent activists with long, distinguished careers in public service, including teachers, union organizers and antiwar and community leaders.” These communists/socialists camouflage themselves as “Progressives” and by stealth and infiltration, they are hard at work in the U.S. It is enough to chill you blood . . . or make it boil. We should do what the enemy does, i.e. vote early and vote often. We now control several state governments INCLUDING the Secretaries of State, the folks who count the votes. I am SO SICK of seeing the GOP just whine about the voter fraud and doing nothing about it. The GOP needs to know how to fight and I mean street fight, not Duchess of Queensbury rules. The only way to win a fight is to do WHAT HAS TO BE DONE to WIN. If someone attacks you on the street, are you gonna cry about them not fighting fair? I hope not. I would hope you would do ANYTHING to win, as a fight HAS NO RULES! So, we need to FIGHT the enemy as they fight us….by using ANY means possible to WIN!

Are all the Republicans so stupid that they don’t know anything that’s going on with Obama, Holder, Panetta and all the marxist/terrorists Obama has put in his administration or made “Czars”? I do commend King and Isa for trying to investigate some of these things. We all need to inform as many people as we can of this impostor and the Democrat’s agenda and PRAY. Pray that Obama is not re-elected and we elect a real God and Constitution loving American. We also need to elect as many real Conservative Republicans into Congress as possible to start undoing all of Obama’s destruction.

The FBI better be careful with their investigations. They just might come up with undeniable proof that Obama is the fraud that we all know him to be.
With that in hand, how will they be able to continue to allow Congress to pretend things are otherwise? Congress may just have to disband the FBI, before that investigation gets Congress into an untenable position.

Heya, liberty49! The SSN? I’d say there was an 87 year old man who ran out of funds, needed more medical care and signed up for medicare. Honestly, I have NO idea why the Connecticut SSN, but then, with all his connections as president (he doesn’t deserve a capital P for his title!) why would he put such a blatant forgery of a birth certificate up for show when even the Retarded Lamestream Media would check it out? The last that we actually know about him was his life in Hawaii, and who knows any truth about that and it also meant that he wasn’t Soetoro anymore, or was he? The next time he appears is in his book where he takes a trip to Pakistan. He couldn’t use a US passport to do that in 1981 so, who was he then? I know how easy it was to have several ID’s because, as an underage Rock n’ Roll drummer, I had to be legal drinking age to work. In the mid to late 60′s I was two people at once, me for my regular life and a 6year-older-than-me me when playing the bars. Id was always easy to get in the non computer age. As I said in my post, I haven’t found a second source for the name change; However, knowing what a scam the rest of his life is, I don’t doubt it….Have you noticed that he has said recently that his family isn’t too thrilled with being the First Family and he talks about only having one term? So, does he know that there is a LOT of info about him out there and that the lamestream media is actually loosening their kneepads and at least starting to ask him questions now? The shine is wearing off the Chosen One….

Ayers and Dorn were members of the “Weathermen” which bombed and killed people. Why are they not in prison. There is no “Statute of Limitations ” on murder. Ayers admited that he didn’t do enough. I am a firm believer that you are judged by the company you keep!

Ayers left Dorhn (his wife) when the FBI raided their house in San Francisco, where Ayers DID kill a cop. Now, after 10 years as a fugitive, Ayers was caught and charged in Federal court for the killing in New Jersey. He was released because of mishandling of evidence and went free. His wife went to prison. He cannot be charged criminally again. And, even though the FBI CAN arrest him on Civil Rights Abuse charges, the boss of the Department of Injustice is? The president, Obama runs Holder like a lil’ puppet. Ayers got his job at the University of Chicago (actually University of Illinois at Chicago) because his father is richer than God. Yep, Ayers is a trust fund baby. May he choke on that silver spoon. And, the university did the right thing, denied him tenure.

I was eating lunch with my 10 year old grandson at school when I asked him, “Did you know that President’s Day is tomorrow?”
He nodded.
So I asked “Do you know what that means?”
I was waiting for something “profound”, since who knows what they teach them these days, as most civics subjects have been deemed “old fashioned”, “politically incorrect”, and “non-inclusive” in most school districts.
He said, “President’s Day is when Obama steps out of the White House, and if he sees his shadow, we have 2 more years of unemployment.”

I also have a 10-year old grandchild who has been taught by myself and her mother about the Constitution, Bill of Rights, Freedom . . . and the personal individual responsibility for that continued freedom. It is disheartening to see that our ten-year old children have more intelligence and understands the poor leadership and judgment Obama has shown as POTUS . . . . than the voting public that will vote for Obama no matter what
