1. Information given at registration must be accurate and complete.
2. All ads must be prepaid before they will appear on GOPUSA Conservative Classifieds. You may pay by credit card, money order or certified check. If paying by mail we will activate your ad upon receipt of payment and it will run for the full time period purchased.
3. All ads are the sole responsibility of the advertiser. All transactions are between the seller and buyer. GOPUSA assumes no responsibility for products, shipment or payment.
4. If an ad is posted in multiple categories it will be charged twice.
5. Copyright law must be followed. Take your own photos of your actual item. Do not use a manufacturer's photo.
6. Stick to topic. For example, if you are selling a car you may not advertise real estate in the same ad. Two ads will be required.
7. Negative ads are not effective. Include what is good about your product, not what is bad about another.
8. Each ad must advertise a specific product or similar products. Any links must be to info about that specific product. Please do not link to to your website in general.
9. GOPUSA Conservative Classifieds does not accept ads for any illegal or pornographic products or services. Any such ad will be removed and you will be charged a $10 fee for our trouble. If in doubt, please click the contact link and ask before placing the ad.
10. Popups, scripts, special characters, are not permitted.
11. Unlike many online classified websites GOPUSA Conservative Classifieds does not charge by the word. However, the most effective ads are brief and to the point.
12. GOPUSA Conservative Classifieds reserves the right to reject any ad or member registration without reason.
