Christmas day may be filled with thoughts of Jesus, opening gifts, and spending time with family, but the days after Christmas are often spent returning gifts or looking for special savings. I guess that was back in the “good, old days.” Now, in Obama’s America, apparently there is a license to riot, disrupt family shoppers, and cause “large disturbances” (as the media phrase it). Just look at what thousands of teenagers did this weekend.
The biggest incident involved an estimated two thousand teenagers at the Mall St. Matthews in Kentucky. You read that correctly: not twenty, not two hundred… but two thousand teenagers! As MSNBC reports, “Chain-reaction brawls involving up to 2,000 people erupted in one of Kentucky’s largest malls Saturday night, forcing the entire mall and businesses in the surrounding area to shut down, police said.”
Chain reaction brawls by thousands of mostly black teenagers (as seen on all the available videos). And this wasn’t planned?
“It was a series of brawls” involving 1,000 to 2,000 people ages 13 to their early 20s, Office Dennis McDonald said, adding that “the entire mall” was affected.
About 8 p.m., authorities started to advise stores in the mall to close their doors, but those involved in the brawls were refusing to leave. “Businesses were in the process of closing their doors, steel grates, and you had juveniles that were not allowing businesses to close up — [they were] climbing on the grates,” McDonald said.
“This was a riot,” McDonald added. “It was crazy.”
The police officer states that this was “a riot.” He said there were “brawls.” And yet no one was arrested? What is going on here?
Between 1,000-2,000 "unruly youths" shut down a Kentucky mall. From social media, appears they were black. Now @SpikeLee, is that "racist"?

Also, on Saturday night, about five hundred teenagers were involved in a “disturbance” at Deptford Center Mall in New Jersey.
NBC 10 reports that “criminal charges could be filed in connection with a South Jersey mall brawl this weekend that spilled from inside the mall into the parking lot, police said on Monday.”
More Deptford Police officers as well as the Camden and Gloucester County police departments were called to the scene for assistance. As the officers arrived, large groups of people were forced out of the mall which led to several fights in the parking lot, according to investigators. Officers dispersed the crowd and remained at the scene until around 9:30 p.m. to prevent any further fights. No one was seriously injured during the incident, police said.
A juvenile was taken into custody and later released to a guardian at the scene. Police say additional charges may be filed against others involved as the investigation continues.
Is this the new American society now? Thousands of people brawling after Christmas? And no arrests? Oh wait… sorry… ONE person was “taken into custody but later releasted.” My bad.
