Trucks don’t kill people, radical Islamic terrorists do.

But don’t tell PC media or the Obama administration that. Calling out radical Islam isn’t high on their priority list. Protecting Muslims’ feelings is.

After the horrific attack in Nice, France, most media outlets in the United States referred to the senseless slaughter in the South of France as a “truck attack.”

They didn’t mention that 31-year-old Mohamed Lahouaiej Bouhlel reportedly shouted “Allahu Akbar” as he zig-zagged his truck through a crowd of innocents on the Promenade. Days later, the barbaric Islamic State terror group claimed responsibility for the attack and called the “truck driver” a soldier.

It’s a troubling world we live in when ISIS — a death cult — is more likely to tell us the truth than our own media or some government officials. To say that’s a disturbing new normal is an understatement.

You can thank political correctness.

In the wake of a series of deadly terror attacks both here and abroad, what’s become obvious to all — except apologist liberals — is that political correctness and pinpricks won’t win this war.

Only a robust military response will.

To put it plainly, we need shock and awe — not James Taylor love songs. Or useless platitudes from Hillary Clinton and Attorney General Loretta Lynch, who seem to think that we can disarm the Islamic State with hokey “Love will conquer hate” slogans.

Just imagine if Clinton, President Obama, John Kerry and Lynch were running the country during World War II. Do you think they’d be able to dismantle the Nazis and Japanese with kumbaya and love songs?

The truth is this administration’s incompetence in defeating the ISIS threat is equal parts embarrassing and dangerous.

Let’s not forget that after the Brussels attack, ISIS told us they deployed between 400 and 600 fighters to inflict a “wave of bloodshed” across Europe. Nice was just one jihadist. No doubt more deadly terror attacks are coming both here and overseas.

Americans must decide if we want to continue being victims to terror or valiant. Do we want to be warriors or helpless?

Those are our choices. We either fight to win, or we continue to wipe the blood off our streets.

The clock is ticking.
